If a guide isn't useful — for any reason — you get a full refund. One click from the receipt email Lemon Squeezy sends you at purchase, or one line to support@welyon.com. No survey, no exit interview, no "are you sure" screen — and you keep the PDF. The refund window exists to keep the guides accountable to their readers.
Two routes. Either works.
Pick whichever is more convenient. There's no preferred route, no faster route, no penalty for choosing the email path.
Both routes route to the same human inbox. Most refunds are processed within five business days — many within twenty-four hours when the request is straightforward.

You keep the PDF. We don't claw back delivered files. The refund window exists to keep the guides accountable to readers — once you've downloaded it, it's yours regardless of whether you proceed with a refund.
Refund requests after 14 days are reviewed case-by-case; we generally honour them when the request is in good faith, but we make no commitment outside the published window.

All prices on welyon.com are in US dollars (USD). When you check out from a country with a sales-tax or VAT obligation — most of the EU, the UK, certain US states — Lemon Squeezy collects and remits that tax on Welyon's behalf as Merchant of Record (MoR). Your receipt itemises the base price and the tax portion separately.
Where Lemon Squeezy is not the MoR (a narrowing list of jurisdictions), the published price is the price you pay; any local tax obligation is yours and Welyon does not collect or remit it. The receipt always shows what was charged and to whom.

No phone line. Welyon is a research publisher; we don't operate a call centre. Every support request is handled in writing, by the same named team that handles editorial enquiries. Replies come from a person, not a ticket bot.
